A little about me

Michal_Pasternak_1.jpeg

I’ve written two children’s books (Teaky Squeaker’s Greatest Plan & Carrots Are Falling) and I’m currently working on two new projects. I’m a proud SCBWI member.

Paths From Palo Alto
In 2016, order to alleviate pressure and encourage students of today to find their own definition of success, Jacqueline McDevitt Gowen and I created a website on which alumni from Palo Alto high schools tell their stories.
Media coverage: New website highlights the many paths to success

I have a background in User Experience and product design and a BS/MS in mechanical engineering from Stanford. Most recently, I was Chief Experience Officer at HUGE, a global digital agency, working in marketing, design, and strategy with clients of all stripes, including NYC.gov, TED, American Express, JetBlue, and Harvard Business Review.

I was honored to be included in Ad Age’s 40 under 40 list in 2014.

I’m also an advisor to Unique Board, a visionary company that collaborates with artists to transform their 2D works into limited-edition 3D objects.

Since I left Huge, I’ve been consulting. I’m not taking on new projects right now, but it never hurts to reach out
